      As a pioneer in the industry, Nanjing Kaisheng Yong began to invest in the R & D of Intelligent Manufacturing in 2012, established R & D teams such as solutions, product design, model algorithms, software development and product testing, and cooperated with multiple scientific research institutions at home and abroad to provide full life-cycle services from digital design, intelligent construction to intelligent operation and maintenance for the intelligent manufacturing of cement plants.
         The intelligent manufacturing scheme developed by Nanjing Kaisheng has been successfully applied to many EPC projects at home and abroad. It is the supplier of the first batch of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects of the Ministry of industry and information technology in 2015. The demonstration project focuses on eight characteristics: numerical control of mining, non-uniformity of raw material processing, non spheroidization of material grinding, chromium free refractory, intelligent production control, informatization of production management, unmanned production site and visualization of production process The six modules of intelligent production and intelligent operation and maintenance have opened up a new journey of Intelligent Manufacturing in the cement industry.
